Why are you in my head. If I could get off my lazy ass I’d write that story, Rarity having a seizure after a Xanax bender and Sweetie finding her. Though I’d peg Dash as having an opiate addiction and sourcing from Shy.
 
Because seriously, trust me, you can NOT injure yourself that many times and not come out with a fondness for the fruit of the Joy Plant.

Headcanon:  
Pinkie does coke (in all forms), Fluttershy smokes weed, Applejack could drink anyone under the table, Dash drinks and smokes tobacco, Rarity takes painkillers, and Twilight is completely oblivious to psychoactives.  
Also, Zecora totally grows ayahuasca vines out there in her forest and sells everything.
