Since she has 6 wings, she’s a seraph or the front of a collection of cherubim (4 wings + one wing from two adjacent cherubim). Alternatively she could be a seraph in front of an ophan or the spirits of numerous cherubim within an ophan. The latter would make the most sense given the visuals considering that cherubim and ophanim are connected, at least when carrying the throne of the LORD.
