That would be cool, they also confirmed that the new Nightmare Moon isn’t Luna, and she’s apparently going to help the mane 6 against her old alter-ego.

Here’s hoping that the next comic series (which should be in line with show canon) shows that NMM is a Venon-like malignant force that feed off Luna (and in the comic, a different character).
