Kinda weakens the scootaloo can’t fly thing
The artificial wings are actually from a comic where Rumble hurt his wing from an accident and wasn’t able to fly with the Wonderbolts for a show, but he later learns about the first ever Earth Pony Wonderbolt who made his own glider. Inspired, Rumble and Scootaloo both made one similar to the one made by Wind Sock
He was never quite the same after the accident.
