From what I understand, based on old TV shows, people used to make their own alcohol with things like raisins and honey, which they’d put in a container of some sort and bury somewhere to allow it to ferment overnight at least. The resulting liquid was known as moonshine. I assume it was illegal, although I can’t be sure.
The Pegasus got a Silver Mane, Tail and Wings. It is Bad to See i think. But maybe you mean with illegal Alcohol the Silver blood of Mine oc^^
