That’s it for Magical Mystery Cure!

I’ll be taking a bit of a break between this arc and the next. Because 1) hoo boy, navigating the dreaded Wings of Twilight was not something to be undertaken casually; and 2) I’d like some free time to focus on finishing a game mod I’ve been working on for the past year. So there’ll be an intermission full of guest comics provided by hard-working readers like you!

And when I return, we’ll begin with What About Discord?

Discord GM: *Greetings, mortal! You’ve reached the one and only–* Ah, but it’s been a little while, hasn’t it? How’s the Equestria game going?
DM: Went through a slight rough patch there, but I think we’ve worked things out and gotten on the same page.
Discord GM: So a net positive, then! Good, good. Communication is always vital. So! Is it time for my comeback as Discord, spirit of chaos? To star in one final boss fight to right what went wrong? To perform my last bout and then disappear into the annals of your pony adventurers’ epic tale?
DM: Well… not quite like that.
Discord GM: Oh?
DM: I’m not asking you to take a dive for my players’ sake.
Discord GM: You sure? I won’t be _too_ disappointed if I have to.
DM: More to the point, my players won’t be satisfied with that either.
Discord GM: Aha, of course.
DM: No, we’ve talked about it, and you have all of our permission to show up next time ready to pull out all the stops. Granted, you’re not going to have an easy win condition like last time. I’m ruling that you can’t break the bond of their friendship and disable the Elements of Harmony anymore. But other than that, you’re free to make it as interesting as you like.
Discord GM: Ohohoho… Is that sooo? Your players have a few new tricks up their sleeves, do they?
DM: Perhaps.
Discord GM: Intriguing! Well then, what kind of Game Master would I be if I refused a generous offer like that? See you all soon…!
