That’s what keeps /mlp/ alive. Every now and then, they say something no one else would have thought to say, and it impresses us. We remember they’re not all bad. They’re not all good either, not by a long shot. But they’re worth keeping around just in case.

Lunar Supporter - Helped forge New Lunar Republic's freedom in the face of the Solar Empire's oppressive tyrannical regime (April Fools 2023).

The Derpy drama is getting really old. We get the point. Derpy was fine the way she was, and censoring the episode was bullshit. Reminding everyone about the censor just causes more arguments that have no importance now. Does anyone even remember that the episode was about Applejack? Seriously, just move on.

Worked with kids that were mentally challenged/disabled and Derpy is far from their position. She’s just downright clumsy and gets into a bit of a stupor where she doesn’t understand “what went wrong.”

Can definitely say i’ve had those days where I screw up and don’t realize what went wrong until i’ve had time to think about it.

I like the changed Derpy because the voice sounds better, but in that same not I don’t like the changed Derpy because they killed the delivery of each line. It was perfectly delivered before, but the voice stank. The new voice is great, but the delivery stinks.

All-in-all, I’m fine with whatever.

In which /mlp/ shows its capacity for logical reasoning, compassion and faith…whilst simultaneously throwing in a Nazi/Eugenics joke.
But seriously, this has restored some measure of my faith in /mlp/.

For the moral… if we actually could fix flaws like clumsiness and cross-eyes, it would behoove us to do so.

So we take them as what they are – minor flaws that don’t ruin a person.
