I love the headconon that Sombra wasn’t evil to b egin with. I shows that anyone, even Celestia can turn from a kind ruler to a malevilant tirat.

“Naked” Sombra looks really cool, to me. Way more bestial.
 
The whole point of Sombra was that he was basically little more than a beast running on its basest instincts, but dressed in splendid clothes and trying to pass off as a civilised being.
 
Kinda like Ratigan from The Great Mouse Detective.
