It was a rather strange one, and it made no sense to me. Basically, in one scene where Natasha was still a child, and her parents (really assassins acting as her parents) were making their escape to Cuba after stealing confidential information in the US, the toy that Natasha brings with her appears to be a Twilight plushie, likely the one that Build-a-Bear was selling during their MLP run. The reason I say that is strange is because that was meant to be a 1990s scene, rather than a scene from the present day. G4 MLP didn’t come until 2010, many decades after that scene took place.
This scene naturally is more obvious than the Black Widow scene, with that Rainbow Dash flash drive being something that you can actually buy online (or could buy, at least, as it appears to be sold out as of this writing). Not only that, but ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ takes place in modern-day America, meaning that the existence of MLP in that universe makes as much sense as the existence of MLP in our own. Plus it is good product placement for Hasbro.
