The way the mane is now kind of seems like the shape was determined randomly or something. The way it bunches up into spikes is awkward. You should try looking at the way that ponies from the show have manes that have shapes that flow into each other, don’t break them up. and remember that the lines and highlights in the mane suggest shape, so make sure they work with the shapes, instead of against them.  
In general, back when I was still trying to learn how to draw poni, I just traced screenshots until I got the hang of the shapes.

the reason that the head is like that is due to the refrance picture was bad to follow

Body is good, eyes are expressive, the head is kind of big for the body, and the mane needs some serious detailing, but overall you’ve improved significantly! Just keep working on the fundamentals.
