I spent three hours getting two tire tracks down the drive ready yesterday, and two hours finishing it off and clearing the deck today, and another hour clearing out an intersection of the road near our house. So six hours of shoveling, ice breaking, sweeping, etc. over the two days.
I live in a humid sub-tropical climate for gosh sakes! The midwest can take this weather and shovel it!

reminds me of the idiots… nah super morons our neighbor hired to trim back a tree.
they used chainsaws. in the rain.
and cut branches right over the main powerline.
we lost power for 6 hours, but on the plus side nobody was hurt or killed.
Pretty sure they guys ended up arrested as the cops followed the repair trucks
