Ghidrah doesn’t even talk and he has way more personality than Sombra.

My bets on king ghidorah

Hmmm, let’s look at what they’ve done and what they’re capable of.
 
King Sombra: Took over the Crystal Empire (although how he did it is anyone’s guess) and enslaved its people due to a hunger for power. Installed lots of booby-traps to ensure no one found the Crystal Heart, put in a fail safe that made the Empire disappear when he was imprisoned in the ice. Capable of corrupting minerals, uses dark magic and creates crystals. Was defeated by Spike and shattered into a million, tiny, little pieces.
 
King Ghidorah: (By the way I’m going with the Showa and Grand King Ghidorah versions but also incorporating my own headcanon) Kills planets for his own sick, twisted pleasure. Sees other life as lowly bacteria. Is more than happy to show off just how powerful he really is. His enemy is Godzilla who is barely powerful enough to fight him alone.
 
Sombra: Defeated by a baby dragon.
 
King Ghidorah: The only reason he stays on Earth is because he wants Godzilla’s blood to stain its soil before he carries out what he came to do in the first place.
 
I think Ghidorah has an advantage in this.

Ghidora wins because Sombra doesn’t do anything.
