Well this version has 2/3 of those things xP I just like natural hair colours in humanizations but I can understand how it can seem strange to see Rainbow Dash without her iconic rainbow hair xP
If you ask me what idea comes to mind when you ask about rainbow dash your first idea is: athletic girl with a big ego and multicolored hair. i know some fans have their own headcanon, but sometimes is hard to tell at first sight
