Also please let me know what other outside the mane 6 characters you would like to see in this AU(Sunburst, Starlight, Trixie, Ember, Novo, etc)
Rarity:
-Hates being married to Discord
-Only one of the mane 6 who is still in contact with Applejack
-Has had an ongoing relationship/affair with Applejack since before she married Discord
-After having her face scared, she covers it with her mane
Rarity was born in Canterlot but after her birth her parents quickly moved to Ponyville. She was born a purebred traditional unicorn, one of the rarest breeds. A purebred traditional unicorn always had beautiful solid white fur or solid black fur. Never black and white. Imagine her “father’s” surprise when she was born with black spots on her back and legs. She was taught she always needed them covered up, no one would know she wasn’t a purebred if all they saw was white fur. Her father agreed to sire Sweetie Belle and then he would go back to Canterlot. Sweetie Belle was a purebred and her father’s blood daughter unlike Rarity. Rarity grew up with the thought that as long as society viewed her a purebred, she should act like one. But growing up in Ponyville gave her a kindness Canterlot could not. She saw that she needed to be generous to those who had less than she had. For everything she gained, she could always give.
She fell in love with a simple farm pony, Applejack. To keep Rarity’s parents out of it they kept it a secret until after they were going to be married. But after being defeated by Discord and forced into an arranged marriage she hated everything Discord stood for. For what he had taken away from her. She kept up her affair with Applejack. And she knew she wasn’t the only one who wasn’t as loyal to Discord as he thought. Until after her Applejack’s was born, she told Rarity to stay until she could get a rebellion going and they could defeat Discord. After Applejack left, Rarity had a daughter with Discord, Reign Shine. Reign is by far Discord’s one of Discord’s most powerful children, second only to Netherstorm. Upon Reign finding out about her mother’s affair she struck Rarity across the right side of her face, leaving a large and nasty scar.
