Description
Priscilla as an NCR heavy Trooper, taking advantage of the Diamond Dogs large size and semi biped-ness to weald some real big weapons. It’s no power armor that’s for sure, but being almost as good is good enough when you have a lot of it, and some powerful creatures to put the armor on them.
This is of cores based on the Heavy Troopers from Fallout: NV, but in this timeline, most power armor the NCR gets is given to the Applejack Rangers, so they had to make their own heavy armor. Now if the NCR is ever able to make their own power Armor, the Heavy Troopers will become a new level of scary for their enemies. Eventually I’ll do the NCR Rangers, with a griffin and in their iconic armor.
