It’s an anti-war message, a very straight forward one at that. The text at the top translates to “No war” or “No to war”, below are ponies representing Russia and Ukraine as friends/family. It’s echoing a sentiment held amongst many Russians rn that goes something like “we don’t want a war with Ukraine, Ukraine is a brother country to us, our government needs to stop or be forced to stop the invasion right now”.
I’m assuming the artist is Russian here, but I can’t find any location info on their account so they might not be. Reason I think that they are though is because sentiment is far more common in Russia than it is in say, Ukraine. You can look at art about this conflict on this site by Ukrainian artists to see what I mean, as the sentiment is more usually “we don’t want anything to do with Russia, leave us the hell alone, ‘brother country’ my ass” or “we just straight up hate Russia and we want to kick Russian ass”.
Either way, Russians and Ukrainians have nothing to gain and everything to lose from this war, and this artist seems to understand that.
