The arguably the birthplace of friendship and community in Equestria, and who better to rule over it than a loving family, all consisting of very friendly and influential figures even before their respective fusions, hard working and approachable to a fault, and the perfect role models to any citizens who should need any guidance. The bouncy Princess Young Heart, although she might not be enjoying the company of her doting parents in this scene, deep down realises how lucky she is to have them, and can share the knowledge she has learned through them to other little fillies and colts in need of a helping hoof. As for Queen Fresh Care and Righteous Authority, although they lead very busy lives, and work enough for 10 or more ponies between them, always make time to share meals together, to ask eachother how their days were, and end the day with copius amounts of cuddles, maybe including their daughter as well if she is particularly receptive that day XD - RainbowTashie
