It’s a continuation of >>2761680 which itself is a continuation of another picture that doesn’t seem to be uploaded. It came out of an RP but it didn’t go too far beyond what you see there. The robot dragon gets dug up by some ponies (originally they were Shadowbolts) who turn it on. The robot mind controls one of them and turns her into a robot and so on. The originally was a full size robot dragon thing, but the robot in the picture was based off the chibi version so it came out looking koboldy.
