I wasn’t explaining who Reverse Flash is or where he came from, I was asking how he is relevant to MLP. For one Reverse Flash is a literal murderer both in the comics and in the Flash TV show, as well as being a complete and total psychopath. That clashes heavily with the kindhearted attitude of Equestria in MLP, where their powers literally stem from friendship. Also, there is the fact that Reverse Flash is a human, whereas MLP is a world filled with anthropomorphic ponies.
That explains none of what he meant.
