Princess Twilight Sparkle >> Sci Twi imo.
Regardless, I still really wanted to draw Sci Twi as I’ve not done it before. Plus a lot of people around here seem to really like her.
I mean, she’s cute and all (in her own naïve and adorkable sort of way), but I have my preferences…

Both Twilights are adorkable and kinda naive, levels may vary, but roughly the same. Not sure what a re you talking about. Pony Twilight may have combat experience, however, Sci-Twi is capable of the same feats… Or at least, she should.

The way I see it, when the Mane 7 Pony-Up, they take on attributes of their other selves in Equestria. (Sunset being from Equestria just takes on attributes of her natural form.) Because Princess Twilight is an alicorn, the magic that Sci-Twi draws from her grants her with wings in her Pony-Up form.
However, since she never actually got wings like Princess Twilight did, she remains a unicorn when she goes through portals.
