Hmm, did you use Asset Studio GUI? I’ve been trying to do it for 3 days already, but somehow without results :/
This model itself is basically extracted data from the official ‘maretime bay adventure’ game.
you can see that in steam store!
Fortunately, there were already facial expression-related shape keys in the model data
[everyone disliked that]
I have Blender myself, so I wouldn’t mind.

he doesn’t, that’s all you need to know. On a more positive note, glad the models are finally being cracked. Gmod workshop here we come at long last!.. and uh SFM which is cool too i guess.

i agree. although the official game is a bit expensive compared to the playtime, the characters are really really cuuuuuute.
