Suri just wants Spike, and Spike needs items to save Rarity. They do that trade, and than Rarity gets better and go on a rescue mission for Spike. That’s when Rarity takes down this bitch and becomes the bitch queen.
Do they expect Rarity taking the bitch’s place in their infiltration for Spike and having the slaves under her control?
If Spike turns himself in, than they can tackle that task later.

Yep. The poor slaves lives are moot since regardless of the outcome, majority will get killed. Wouldn’t be surprised if this indirectly weighs in on Spike’s conscience as well-he know there is gonna be blood on his hands no matter how much he tries to scrub his claws of blood.
