Same, especially with how good ACW turned out. Like a lot of other people on Ponibooru, I was pretty leery towards the S2 final, but after watching it, I was really excited for S3.
Funnily enough after rewatching S3 last year, I’ve really come around to it. It’s not that I hated it originally, but considered it weaker than S1, but much stronger than S2. These days it ranks as one of my favourite seasons.

I miss the show so much
The withdrawal that hit me a few days after season 2 had ended was absolutely brutal. I needed more pony and I needed it right now. But season 3 was seven months away…
Thinking about it now, the hiatus between seasons 2 and 3 was more brutal than the 11-month wait between seasons 4 and 5.
