Lionheart
You can call him Dizzy though.
He surely is a draconequus but because his parents aren’t both draconequii, his magic power is below avrage. Though he could be much more powerful if he wanted. He uses his magic to cause haos, but in a good way. He doesn’t want to hurt anybody.
Lionheart is courageous, brave, he surely isn’t a coward and is ready to step when something bad is happening to people he loves. Although his good side, he is insecure about his real form. He tries to show to others that he is good enough. Because of it, he can be easily manipulated into something he would never want to do.
He respect eldery and is friendly towards others even if its somebody that he doesn’t like. He thinks that everyone’s opinion is important and without it there would be no sense in existence.
He makes silly jokes and is a total sweetheart but he often feel furious or irritated, his “friends” often mess around with him because he’s naive. He can control himself but he needs to let the anger out, he is scared that he might do it unintentionally on people who he love.
Other:

• Unlike his father, he have wings big enough to fly but he prefer to float/levitate. He thinks it’s more cool because when he use his wings it looks hilarious.
• His mane is lion- alike, it’s scruffy and the hair is thick.
• He might be a magical creature but he ain’t interested in magic. His goal is to make people feel loved and eventually cause some chaos when no ones around.
• He uses his magic through his horns or paws.
