Spikey Belle was a truly lost opportunity for some hilarious writing. I mean, the romantic triangle writes itself: Sweetie Belle has a (mostly) unrequited crush on Spike, Spike has a (mostly) unrequited crush on Rarity, and Rarity is feeling awkward as hell about feeling jealous of her little sister.

I prefer the scene if it was Snips and Sweetie Belle rather rather than Spike. SnipsXSweetie is my preferred ship.

But still find this cute as scene cause if Spike can’t attract Rarity, might as well look at her little sister.
