This is the character Raiju which was originally gonna be the big villian in the 2017 MLP movie but change him with the Storm King instead but I think Raiju’s design didn’t work out as the big MLP villian in the 2017 MLP movie I still think he has a great design and I found his design in my Art of My Little Pony the movie book and thought his design still looked awesome even though he didn’t work out in the MLP 2017 movie but I decided as a MLP Gen 5 headcanon to bring him into my Fanfiction Headcanon as one of the big bad villains for my headcanon MLP Gen 5 Fanfictions instead of his design being selfed so I decided to draw him with my Draconequus oc Caticstropic to show that he’s far more powerful the Caticstropic but hopefully Caticstropic will get help from his friends to stop Raiju.
