I would also argue Applejack approaches early DB strength,sighting when she caught the building-sized boulder and yeeted it over the horizon.

If you count the comics we get an idea for how strong Celestia is. She beats Big-Mac in arm-wrestling with little/no effort and Big-Mac is strong enough to pull a (presumably fully furnished since somepony was living there) two story house. With this I’d say we can assume Celestia strong enough to pull a house with no effort.

And MLP had one of the biggest offenders of a ‘soft-rules magic system’ Head to head, no preparation I’d give it to Starlight. She can teleport dozens of time in quick succession and an implied distances of at least several miles. She has blast power on par with some lower tier DBZ characters. Brainwashing multiple targets at once to obey extremely specific commands.

HOWEVER one of the (very few) contestant rules MLP’s magic DOES follow is that the supernatural ability to do your talent well stems from the cutimark, which in this picture The Lamb seems to have removed. With this habdi-cap she does not stand a chance at directly combating him.
