To have a meaning you should consider the subject “crepuscolo” and add “Luccichio” as an adjective, instead of a verb or a noun. The adjective form of “Luccichio” is “Luccicante”, so an italian translation that may have a meaning is “Crepuscolo luccicante”. An alternate, and more common, form may be “Crepuscolo Brillante” where sparkle is translated in “Brillio”, the adjective that comes from brillio is “Brillante”.
