There’s not really a point to NNN. It was allegedly to help gym bros improve their gains by saving the testosterone they were expending when they squeezed the cream out of the eclair, but that was proven to have only short-term effects on testosterone levels, and no effect at all on workout results.
Nowadays, NNN is just a thing people talk about and participate in A) for the meme of it, and B) to see how long they can resist.
