I don’t know if Canterlot High has the same rule as in real world high schools where it is mandatory for every student to carry ID cards, but I think it’s fun to see Princess Twilight being photographed officially by the school. At least it became clear evidence of her being a Canterlot High student, even if only for a short amount of time.
