He could’ve made a better Bowser for the 2023 Super Mario Bros. Movie than Jack Black. Have you heard his laugh as the Evil Green Ranger? Absolute perfection compared to Bowser’s laugh! He could’ve NAILED Bowser’s laugh! Not giving any hate towards Jack Black. Just saying.

Yeah. His actor Jason David Frank had already retired from Power Rangers which means that Tommy is phased out or retired. But that wasn’t the end of Tommy Oliver’s story even his actor have died. This is similar to how Brian O’Connor is retired in Fast and Furious 7 two years after the death of his actor Paul Walker because they completed the film before Paul Walker’s death.
