No a century is too recent for that to have been when the tribes divided. Don’t forget that before the events of the movie no pony except Argyle and Sunny believed that the three tribes ever lived in harmony and had even thought that they had been in active conflict in the past. This tells us that several generations have passed since the division and anyone from that time is no longer around.

I meant that the 3 ponies had divided themselves at almost a century ago, and the magic disappearing, when figgy was nothing more than a filly.

Either way, Figgy clearly knowns about the times before ponies separated, since she has the book about Wishiehoof, which features unicorn magic.
Granny Smith was not alive during the founding of Equestria. You’re thinking of the founding of Ponyville which was much closer to the events of G4 then the founding of Equestria.

so is argyle’s, and I mean that she and argyle know of the time where harmony was for everyone that long ago.
That was long before her time so I doubt it.
