Yes, practice and learning are important. However, your initial comment was just plain rude :/ When it comes to budding artists, you don’t tell them to “try harder” you encourage them to keep going because the more they draw, the better they get.
Speaking as an artist whose stuff used to look way worse than this starting out, encouragement goes a LONG way.
