Actually that’s the Doctor and the Master that are ponies, Rory is hanging on to Fluttershy.
Daleks got the idea of using costumes to blend in in a human world. And got dupmed into Equestria.
The Doctor, naturally, followed. Him and Rory got turned into ponies. Amy somehow didn’t.
The Elements of Harmony were enlisted, and we’re seeing an Epic Battle.
