-petite and lean, her irl horse counterpart would be an arabian horse or other slim racing type.
-literal trash at magic. she is only able to do basic spells that without having to think reallllly hard about it. the average child is better than her at magic. Her father’s taught her stage magic before they taught her innate magic so her issue is more akin to illiteracy than disability. Starlight has been teaching her but Trixie is content and able to live just fine so she doesn’t really put her heart into the lessons.
-her special talent is stage magic of course, and she specializes in illusory and transformative magic, like making a pony disappear or cutting herself in half
-She grew up on the road. Her fathers were always on the move from one gig to the next. she summered with her mother as a small foal, her mother was a migratory pony, living the traditional way and moving from one pasture to the next. Trixie’s life is as a traveling magician makes perfect sense, though she has settled down a lot now that she has a child and wife. Now the wagon moves on a stable circuit around equestria in the summer, and stays in ponyville when her daughter is in school.
-Is married to Starlight, and they have their daughter, Shooting Star.
