Well Jim Miller and Raven Molisee both said they did, so…
DHX sometimes sends the episodes to Top Draw for something, I believe. Not sure if it’s animation or finishing work or something, but EqG apparently has been handled by both, similar to the actual show.
I thought I heard that DHX weren’t the ones working on EG?
