Meet Freight Train, the oldest daughter of Record High and Rainbow Blaze! Carrying her paternal family’s rainbow gene, FT is a proud and daring mare who desperately wants to make her family proud. Her friends say that she’s pure sunshine because of how cheerful and easily excitable she is! Freight Train is a barrel racer for the Appleloosan Rodeo and spends most of her time either training or performing, but always manages to make time for her little sister. Their parents always seem to worry that Freight Train plays too rough with Cloverleaf, especially since their oldest is built like a tank, but the younger of the two never complains.

Meet Cloverleaf, also called Heeler, the youngest child of Record High and Rainbow Blaze! Adopted as a baby, this sweet little mini-pony wants nothing more than to follow in her sister’s hoofsteps to become a rodeo star. She is aggressive and hardworking, always following Freight Train to workouts and performances to try and prove that she’s meant to be in the rodeo. Unfortunately, Heeler can be rather crass towards others, not realizing how insensitive she comes off. While her family adores how much she loves rodeo, they are convinced that her talent lies in something different.
