Maybe it’s like that one movie where that chicks vagina sucks the life out the guy and he deflates like a beach ball. Then her cooter starts to literally swallow the body like a sock being sucked into a vacuum. I think it was the movie “teeth” but I can’t be for certain. Why it’s still moving around, maybe she consumes her prey alive.

As I said, likely, another pony. The image doesn’t have any background context beyond what you see and what you imagine, so personally I imagine its whoever Dash may be romantically involved with, who happens to have a vore kink, hence her blushing and grinning. Entirely willing, cuddly, and leaving her with a belly full of warm, happy pony.
 
Some of us preds LOVE it when they squirm around, the movement a constant reminder that they’re snug inside of us, nuzzling and rubbing at the smooth, fleshy surface embracing them on all sides.
