Its like keeping a illusion alive. The viewer dont know the exact size of the characters, but they do have some sort idea of it. Which creates a lot aspects of the art. Since you did not gave us an accurate height of Rainbow in cm, you have a lot of options to play with her scale. I do the same from time to time with some of my sphinx oc’s.
So keep the creativity up, Astrum! It’s very entertaining to watch. :D

To be honest, I haven’t been trying to keep a consistent size for Dash for a while. lol
While I do have an approximate ‘canon’ size for her in mind which would work fine if I were to keep fully consistent — say if I was making a comic with a more clear sense of continuity in regards to the size relation — I mainly just go with whatever size I’m in the mood for/best fits the situation with each of these fun drawings. In this case, she ended up practically a mini-giantess since that size difference really worked for having Soarin nestled all cozily between her beefy legs.

The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

Reminds me of Rabbit using Poohs bottom when he was stuck in Rabbit’s front door. Especially since we can’t see much past Rainbows waist.
