I didn’t watch much of the seasons past 3 until like, 2018/19 but i’m pretty sure she had a fear of ladybugs.

Something about Cadance implying the dots were eyes when Twi was a filly and it freaked her tf out. I’m kinda just going off on what i’ve heard in the fandom before, though.
