No? There are clearly both ’60s-era and ‘80s-era Cybermen present, which seems unusual to me. I wasn’t expecting to see the Mondasian design here, and it suggests that there might either be some time-travel shenanigans occurring with the Cybermen or something akin to World Enough and Time/The Doctor Falls.
