Again, going by Nuzlock rules, you’re allowed to have an HM slave, you just can’t use it in battle.

Depending on which version you’re playing, the need for Surf is going to make AJ, RD, and Twilight nearly impossible.

So Pinkie can’t have a normal/fire hybrid type?

Pffft, come on, Nuzlock that shit up a notch. If you’re going Twilight or Dash, you MUST choose the fire starter, Fluttershy CANNOT choose the fire starter, AJ/Rarity MUST chose whatever starter will become dual type to one of their types, and Pinkie Pie CANNOT choose any starter that will evolve into dual type. If you’re playing a generation where none of these are possible, the moment you catch a pokemon that meets your choice’s requirements you have to abandon the starter.
 
Honestly, you kind of have to impose some seriously restrictive rules on yourself to make pokemon at all challenging.
