Yes, the old gif sucked.  
But none should be angry at you.  
It’s a shame that one of the nicest GET of Derpibooru went to trash because of a careless move by the mods. And I’m not saying this because I was the one who uploaded it.
 
Derpibooru could definitely afford to keep the old picture, because it was a milestone, a piece of history. The comments belonged to that piece of history, not to this picture.

I have this screensaver installed on the home computer… which is funny, because the home computer is slow as shit and I never use it now that I have my own laptop. And I could install it onto said laptop, but I like having the old 3D Maze screensaver more.

look at the page URL, the one in the address bar.  
Every image on derpybooru has a number, with every newly uploaded image getting the next number in the series.  
So, the reason for this party is to celebrate 50k images uploaded, and that many more may yet come!
