Aren't you confusing the word 'noticing' with 'agreeing'? You've been on this site WAY too long to not hear the explanations for the agenda of the poorly written finales AND where they lay, you just don't agree with their perspective. Which is okay, but disagreement sounds better then denial.

God is a bit of an overstatement, but until the show makes it perfectly clear she isn't going to follow celestias footsteps and live 1000s of years older then her friends, then it isn't entirely inaccurate.

...

In general, the most good things people have to say about tireks 'arc' is that it's action was awesome. Not mentioning its generally bad writing, it was basically tensionless since discord prearranged to have the six unlock the rainbow power from the beginning of the episode, making his betrayal, (without sabotaging his old plan),and instant forgiveness either a) suspicious, or b) downright nonsensical, depending on your perspective.

Plus, it was just another safety net episode. No tension at all. With the two eg sequals, the safety net doesn't exist...you don't have celestia making a situation more complicated then it needs to be, the heroes simply have a situation and do their best to fix it.

Do you really like stories with pre-arranged victories that much? Discord spelled out 90% of the means to unlocking the ultimate powetr 10 minutes into the episode.
