A sociopath is a chaotic, rebellious, unpredictable individual who generally wants to watch the world burn, with several emotions and outbursts, with little remorse. A sociopath has difficulty integrating into society, holding a job (if any), or maintaining relationships. They struggle to plan, maintain hierarchy, and trickery isn’t a skill they tend to grasp; actually they cone with fewer skill packages simply due to lack of discipline and patience. If they fancy violence, weapons of choice are the baseball bat, flamethrower, and explosives.

Cozy has some traits of a psychopath, but not totally. A psychopath doesn’t have emotional attachments or drives of any kind; they may have a moral code, but it’ll be robotic. Without emotional drives, there’s no cravings, no impulses, no urges, no worries (not in the same way), and no guilty regrets (usually), so they’re backed by a strong focus and determination in their goals. They are skillful imitators, often capable of multiple personality façades, and these natural skills makes them successful in business, athletic, and military pursuits. Weapons of choice are the mind, tongue, knowledge, and anything using finesse to give them an advantage.
Think Lex Luthor.

A psychopath is likely to quietly get away with it due to meticulous planning and know-how.
