Yeah. I’m far from an expert on the effects of the vacuum of space on the human body, but from my understanding, you probably wouldn’t suffer any irreversible damage as long as your direct exposure didn’t exceed 20 seconds and you had immediate medical attention.
However, pulling the person back into the ship would definitely negate what little shift in momentum you got from ejecting them.
From what I understand, the least scientifically inaccurate depiction of someone surviving the vacuum of space in a piece of popular fiction was shown in a cartoon that I can’t remember the name of.
There was an episode of some show where the characters ran out of fuel last minute to dock with some bigger ship and they were slightly off course. The pilot told his passenger to exhale in order to avoid damaging the lungs, and they ejected and kicked off in the direction of the docking Bay, and got inside the bigger ship maybe less than ten seconds later. I wish I could find this clip again but I can’t. It seems debatable if that would be realistic or not, but assuming you exhaled and were only in space for a few seconds to correct your course for docking, and safely re-pressurized inside and were given immediate medical care, it seems like that could actually work to me. You’d probably have a myriad of health problems that you’d have to be hospitalized for for awhile, but maybe just maybe you could survive.

I cant tell if that’s a worse fate than exploding or not. Also would they eventually liquify as there body slowly pushes itself apart, and then vaporize

But if the human body was just left out completely exposed to outer space, whoever it was wouldn’t last long anyway.
They’d lose consciousness in a few seconds, if they tried holding their breath then they’d just wind up damaging their lungs as the air was ripped from them, their blood would boil in their veins, combining with the sun’s rays to cook them inside and out. They’d basically become freeze-dried human jerky.

It’s not that there’s less gravity acting on you, it’s just that the planet’s gravitational force acting on you is more distant and therefore weaker. But gravity would still be acting on you from all directions, just not as much from one particular direction.

Your internal pressure is no different here in Earth’s atmosphere than it is out in the vacuum of space, it’s just that a vacuum provides little-to-no external pressure to counteract your internal pressure, leading to the swelling you mentioned. However, even without a space suit, the pressure difference isn’t enough to make a human body burst, though it’s still extremely dangerous.
