Description
Here the cards with very short retelling of the main story to answer the “What the hay is going on here?” question. “Closed” card means that story is still in process and will be added later.
Main characters:
Scootaloo: official grown up filly from the show “MLP:FiM”. Blog belong to her. She sees your questions and can ansver. Right now is stuck in the memory bubble trying to guide her alternative version. Very bored just watching from behind. Entered the army to meet general Twilight one day and ask her for help.
Scoots (alternative version from war dimention, soljer, Loserloo): owner the body - prison in which Scootaloo is stuck. Has earrings. Rude and lonely. Hate her teacher - Lightning Dust, calls her Captain Shorty. Can’t see the question. Yet. Hate her full name, prefere just Scoots. Learns what the Friendship is. Now she hasn’t a reason to fight, but will have in the future. Can’t fly, training with earth ponies.
TPO (Triple Pegasus Organisation): Scootaloo’s students in her peaceful dimention from flying school - Pound Cake, Blazing Sky and Lucky Fly.
DPS (Diversional Pegasus Squad/Suicide): TPO’s version in war universe.
Capitain Lightning Dust: Scoot’s mentor. She bet to teach Scoots as a soldier for one month. If she win, Rainbow Dash will promote her to the major. Acts as a bitch sometimes, but it’s how she was taught by her own teacher - Spitfire.
Major Rainbow Dash: appears sometimes. Haven’t played active role yet.
Apple Bloom: Scoots know her as fermer or just Disaster. Breaks down things very often wich Scoots has to fix every time. Entered the army to be with Scoots. Thinks that they’re friends. Optimist. Communicative.
Pipsqueak/Pip: was beaten by Scoots in the first day of her appearance. She scares him. It’s the beginning of great love.
Others: Quibble Pants (earth ponies mentor).
Secondly:
About Lightning Dust. Still proud her and Scootaloo’s connection became a thing even before Washouts episode. You are right, she is neither. I think the term is mediocre bad with an ethic braincell.
Yup, it is a ‘spoiler’, but Spitfire got promoted via her Mother. She agreed only under the condition ‘no safe work in the HQ’(Stormy Flare’s protests be damned). Always on the battlefield. When off, she trains new units.
Aaand yup, Scootaloo having many different love interest is a guilty pleasure of mine. Dash, Pound, Pipsqueak, Pound’s future comrade, Gilded Lily (MLP IDM comics, not implemented her). Scootalove in the air.
I love the idea of Scootaloo being a teacher. I figured if she were to teach any class it’d be Gym, just like her idol. This was also a refreshing change of pace from people either villifying Lightning Dust or making her a saint. Yeah she’s got her problems, but I feel like she and Rainbow could be the best of friends if they genuinely wanted to. Then The Washouts came out and destroyed any chance of that happening. And Spitfire being the one who taught Rainbow and Dust in the army, was a fun idea. It’s a shame it’s very unlikely as the three are very close in age with Spitfire being only about a year older than Rainbow meaning to get into the Wonderbolts younger than RD, she’d have to be a prodigy or her dad was the last Captain.
It was also nice of you to make Scoots bisexual to some degree, having an obvious crush on Rainbow, but also has Pound Cake coming after her.

There should be more cards as the story progressed a bit, but never managed to finish it anyway.
