Pegasi have a similar reaction to their love interests, followed by wrapping the wings around them.
I think it’s an involuntary reaction, tho - I’m not sure Twilight realizes it happens (the wing part, the hugging clearly was intentional).
Id say she wants to be dating ole Juicebox there. She needs to nab him before another mare does.
I think she’s still trying to figure out what she wants. And she has time, Juice seems to be fixed on getting college done before deciding what’s next in his life.
