Stormy Skies is a 32 year old pegasus mare who lives and works in Canterlot City as a full-time member of the weather team there, though mainly in an administrative capacity, rather than anything else. An avid lover of cakes and sweet things, outside of work, she can regularly be found in one of Canterlot’s bakeries, or at Donut Joe’s diner.
If the physical similarities were not obvious, Stormy is the younger sister of Eclipse Phase, and suffered every bit as much as her sister and her parents did throughout the poverty of her childhood. Like her sister, the hard times left their, quite literal, marks on her.
Physically, Stormy is in decent overall health, and is fairly tall for an adult mare. However, despite her eating habits, she remains underweight. Additionally, though she can fly fairly well, and qualified as a weather pony, she does not have much physical stamina, and therefore works administration rather than weather handling unless absolutely necessary.
Known to be an excitable and bouncy mare, Stormy is friendly, kind-hearted, and has absolutely no idea what the concept of personal space is. Though most ponies she meets know she is only being friendly, this same thing can be annoying for other creatures- notably for most dragons and griffons.
It is noted that Stormy, loves to help out those in need, and sees it as her way of giving back to society after her family got the help it needed to survive and thrive once more. Princess Celestia had a hoof in doing this, as she was horrified when she discovered by chance that Stormy’s family had slipped through the cracks of the Equestrian benefits system, leaving them in abject poverty.
Additionally, Stormy is a pacifist by nature, and is terrified of conflict of all types. Luckily for her, she was outside of Canterlot on vacation with her parents during the Changeling invasion, and though she saw the leftover damage when she returned to the city, (something that horrified her,) she did not have to experience it first-hoof.
As to her heritage, she inherited her pegasus genes from her mother, Midnight Jubilee- and her blonde mane and tail from her earth pony father, Sandstone. Both Stormy and Eclipse naturally take their charcoal coat from their mother.
When it comes to more personal matters, Stormy Skies is heterosexual, currently single, and looking for her own personal “Prince Charming.” She couldn’t care less about the species of a prospective suitor at all, and it should be stated that she particularly likes chivalrous and old-fashioned partners.
