after massive magic explosion Twilight’s fail caused Equestria fell into deep crisis. things changed for everyone.
M6 haven’t met before the explosion, only Pinkie and Twilight were best friends and Rainbow was Fluttershy’s friend when they were really young.

Rarity: she is still a very elite designer but now works with local unicorn detectives. everyone refer to her as Clair (Clarity). she owns a bike, smokes and fights against mafia’s head mare Glam.
Fluttershy: her life was tough even before the explosion. she has massive mental problems and after everything she cared about was taking away from her Flutters just tried to ran away and hide. but it seems like she has something Glam wants…
Pinkie Pie: she still loves Twilight deeply but starting to have trust issues after what she has done. she tried and still tries to find the way to reach her inside the ruins of Canterlot Castle but fails every time. Pinkie become more depressed then ever. someone says she sells candies that can make you happy in these rough time.
Apple Jack: the luckiest of them. she lived in Manehattan with her aunt and uncle but they were on vacation during the explosion, far from it’s epicenter. after that they moved to the orange orchard that belonged to their family.
Rainbow Dash: she was stuck in the very epicenter of Twilight’s explosion and got hit with the massive magic wave. that caused some affects on her mind and body. Rainbow’s cutiemark wanished and something strange happened with her left eye.
